any experience with CPR RS3 skimmer? or perhaps CPR skimmers in general?

I have had my Biocube 29g running for over a year now. Everything in it is stock but I was thinking of taking out the bio balls, etc. in the middle chamber and putting in a skimmer. I noticed that CPR has recently come out with a skimmer that fits nicely in the BC29 and was wondering if anyone has one installed and how they like it.

 

My chief concern is that I jack up the tank by removing all the stuff in the middle chamber.
