Toooloud Posted July 4, 2003 Share Posted July 4, 2003 Well sence setting up my 25 gallon Nano ( more like coral grow out tank) i had in there some basics , leather cora frag, Mushrooms, Some hairy mushrooms, green stripped mushrooms and some poylps.. today i added my first new corals i have come into in allmost 8 months i guess.. and they are: Branching Frogspawn Still gettign use to this tank. and a not sure ? Maybe you guys can id it.. Looks like a huge shroom the disk diamiter is around 6 inches. So here is the Branching Frogspawn first! Link to comment

masterfuji01 Posted July 4, 2003 Share Posted July 4, 2003 that mushroom looks like a thodactis specis. it isnt hungry, they live of off just light, they get very large though...mine is at least 7 inches across. you are gunna love that thing. they grow fast too. give it a month to double in size almost. and it will color up better with better lights like it sounds like you are getting. Toooloud Posted July 4, 2003 Author Share Posted July 4, 2003 the frogspawn is not opening up right, Now it came from a 40 gallon with a 175 watt halide .. To a 25 gallon wiht a 175 watt halide.. So what do you al think.. for the first couple of days just run the halides for a couple of hours? Link to comment
