blk_g20 Posted June 28, 2003 Share Posted June 28, 2003 i buy 4 five-gallon jugs of these water at a time. do these water need to be dechlorinated? i dont use them right away and just sit them in my basement. at my rate of weekly 2 gallon water change and topoff, this 20 gallon will last me about 2 months. anybody know? sammy33 Posted June 29, 2003 Share Posted June 29, 2003 I also use this type of water and and do not add anything except the salt mix. Generally those machines have some type of carbon filtration in-line as well as the RO. I test the basic parameters occasionally to see if it is consistent. If the dispensing machines are not serviced regularly you can get a "rough" batch. Link to comment
