What Frozen food should I feed????

I have 2 clown fish and a firefish. What kind of frozen fish sould I feed and what kind do you feed your fish?

 

I have seen frozen brine shrimp and plankton should I feed one of these or something else.

Now, you have a firefish and two damsels and do not know what to feed them? That would mean the damsel and firefish haven't eaten in well over a month, hmmmm poor fish. Please, I have no problem with answering questions, but give me the facts and not bull. You cannot seem to make up your mind with what you have in your tank. Do some research (aka search button). Sounds like you have just jumped in and have done no research what-so-ever. You have been given a lot of good information here, thus far, yet I now wonder how much of it you actually listened to. How can you buy a fish and not know what to feed it? Oh, and if you do have any of these fish, try asking the pet store what they fed them.

 

Now, to answer your question: Frozen, flake, and/or fresh should work.

Ok, first I know what to feed them. right now I feed flake food. I did not know that I needed to tell everyone that I feed flake food. I figured that was a given!!!!

 

I ASKED WHAT KIND OF FROZEN FOOD!!!! (DID YOU NOT READ THE TITLE?????). HAVE HAVE BEEN KEEPING FISH FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND KNOW WHAT I AM DOING. I STARTED INTO SALT WATER IN MAY.

I got rid of the damsel a while back (which I did not think anyone would even care about or feel that it was anyones business if I got rid of the damel).

 

My condy got sucked up into my filter which you would know because you used that in the list of my forums.

 

Ok since I asked a simple question can someone tell me what they feed (BESIDES FLAKE FOOD AS I ALREADY DO THAT). What kind of FROZEN food do you feed your fish and how do they like it.

dont get mad at Angel she was only trying to help... but on the other hand you do need to tell the whole story for ALL of our advice to come into play at the best.

 

second your lfs should carry a such frozen food called mysis, i think everyone will agree it's the best all around frozen for fish.

i haved used it all along with mine, and never once had one trun it down. i also chop krill (frozen) into tiny peices and feed 'em that just for some voriety- hope this helps

So what? I have kept fresh water tanks for over 20 years and saltwater is a whole new ballgame. Just because you have done one (successfully?) doesn't mean you can do the other.

What happened to the other fireshrimp? My original point of over a month with no food still stands as you did not state that he was gotten rid of, hmmm. You know what they say about the word assume and you have proven the first half to be true, with your postings. Second half will not come true, as I research before I buy and what you purchase does not effect me (the poor things).

Yep, probably committing suicide from an uncycled tank, but hey that's freshwater experience for you. If you had done your research, you would have seen that a condy is not a good choice to begin with and you stated that he was moving, so a sponge over the intake was never even thought of? Seems that would be found in several locations, upon doing a search. :-*

Nope, originally from California. I was actually thinking "oh my god" X) when I saw he was from here. My son is one of those "rednecks" and his mom has taught him the best husbandry for caring for live animals, and IF she doesn't know, he is told to research it.
