Good Clean up crew

I am inexperienced when it comes to nano-reefs, or just saltwater in general. I am looking to start up my first saltwater set up, and am going the nano-reef way. I am having trouble with picking out a good clean up crew for what will be a 10 gallon nano-reef with some liverock and sand. Right now I have:

 

1 Pepperment Shrimp

 

5 Dwarf Hermit Crab

4 Turbo Snails

 

I would like to get a tiny false perc. in the tank too.

 

Are the dwarf hermit crabs enough to stir the sandbed? Please tell me if you know of something else that should be on this list.

You need some more diversity in the snails. I'd ditch a couple of those turbos and replace them with margaritas, ceriths, nerites, and definately get some nassarius snails. They're great sand sifters.

looks good to me....now you just need to make sure you have enough algae and detrius to go around
