wrasse in a sack

I just read on RC that a six line wrasse will create a sack around itself at night while it sleeps. I did NOT know this.

 

Imagine my horror this morning when I found my new six line wrasse completely encased in a 'cocoon'

 

I guess this is normal? anybody see this before?

Didn't know that about 6 lines pretty cool. I have seen parrotfish do it in the wild - looks like a big mucous / slime bubble they cover themselves with.
