Fire Department, PITA, or a Carpenter?

Need the advice of this sites experts. My red leg "spot", climbed my Gorgonian and is now afraid to come down. Looking for options to rescue him. Am considering a call to my local Fire Department but it's all volunteer. Thought of PITA but then realized the folly and absurdity in that. Am know thinking about getting a carpenter to build him a tree fort or swing.

 

Other thoughts please.
