Dustmop336 Posted December 16, 2007 Share Posted December 16, 2007 On my 10g Ive always ran carbon 24/7 and a Remora nano skimmer on my tank. (I run carbon for chemical warfare purposes.) My remora never pulled out much and I removed my carbon for a day and it started to pull out a tun of gunk. I realize this would happen however I thought the carbon would pull out the little stuff and the skimmer would pull some of the larger organics. It seems that the carbon inhibits the skimmers functionality and efficiency. Is this normal? Link to comment
