Wavemaker Spraybar

I'm planning on plumbing maxi-jets to twin spray-bars and was wondering if I could put a wavemaker on the powerheads to create random flow.

Yup you could only it would work to well.

Time is needed to build up pressure and even flow in a spray bar.

Usually if you just turn them on and off all your going to get is a little flow from the 1st few ports on the bar.

 

If you do it set the cycle at 30seconds or over per bar as a test, and keep the bar as short as possible and the smallest diameter possible with the holes as small enough to take advantage of the pump and still allow pressure out of the bar. .
