Dustin
I have a tank raised false perc. I really like him and am not gonna trade him or anything, but really want him to do some hosting. I got a hammer last night, a big one too. Can I do anything to make him want to host in him? Link to comment
chufa
Mine never has, and I have had frogspawn, hammer, and torch corals. Others do, though. Depends on your luck. Also, the clown is not the host. It is the anemone, coral, or whatever it chooses as its host. Link to comment
Dustin
Ok, sorry about the misuse of wordage. I hope my clown gets cold and tries warming up in my hammer... Link to comment

jlazo
My tank raised perc took to a bubble tip anenome last week. It took him about 5 days of flirting with it but now won't leave it. Link to comment
chvynva916
I think he'll host eventually (they usually do) but can't guaruntee it will be in the hammer. I bought a nice torch for my sebae and she decided instead she'd host in a nearby open brain. Link to comment
Dustin
Well, I want a torch and a brain too, so maybe we will see. Link to comment
Brianc_4
They're strange fish. After a year of not hosting, my clown decided it liked my GSP, the other clown only likes the outake pipe of my fuge. Link to comment
tommy
I think it should. My percula hosted with my elegance coral-only took about two weeks. Link to comment
