ELGORDOINAVW Posted June 21, 2003 Share Posted June 21, 2003 hey everyone what i am trying to do is get 1 pound of live sand from 10 different reefers in san diego. hopefully i can get the largest amount of biodiversity. now what i can do is give you a pound of sand (non live) and at a later date return the favor. also the other advantage would be that we could help each other out. i know i know 1 pound is alot for a nano, but come one this would be an easier hobby if we would just help each other out. maybe later i could setup a sand exchange, to help out other reefers seed thier sand beds. well let me know if this is a stupid idea. but imho i think alot of people could benefit from this. i could even setup a live sand tank in my garage, the apt. complex pays for the lighting there so haa.
