Is 60 Gallons per hour enough?

Well as I posted recently I've finally got my first nano cycling. But I was just wondering if I have anough water flow on this setup or do need to get another PH? 60 Gallons per hour seemed ok, that's a total water turn over of 12 times in my little 5 gallon aquarium. I'm going to add a HOB, well I haven't bought it yet because well I ran out of cash for this week.

Yes thats enough. That coupled with an HOB will be PLENTY.
