chvynva916
My brand new peppermint shrimp whom yesterday I bought specifically to take care of the new aiptasia outbreak in my tank has found his way into my overflow. I don't see how I can get it out and I doubt he'll be able to find his way out. AAAAARRRRRGGGHHHHH!!!!! Link to comment
chufa
You can bait him to come to your hands with some food. It will probably come to you. Link to comment
skeletor
he's probably pretty freaked out by the whole ordeal too. some food should bring the little bugger out, or a net. -skeletor- Link to comment
chvynva916
He finally crawled out on his own. That little m**^%$$#$ better eat my aiptasia or its the frying pan for him. Link to comment
skeletor
well, as long as you give the little guy some time to settle into the tank, not to mention some time to get over his overflow ecperience. My peps took about 2 weeks before they would touch the aips... watch out for phil, I see my peps pulling bristle worms out of the rocks every now and again, they seem to do it with much enthusiasm.. -skeletor- Link to comment
chvynva916
My last pep made all aiptasia disapear within three days of introduction. He was a machine. Link to comment
Quash
So we have a hypothetical situation for the lil shrimpy here. If he doesnt eat the aips chvynva916 is gonna put the shrimpy into the FRYING PAN. My question is, Is it safe to eat the shrimp? Link to comment
chvynva916
I don't know, but I know the shrimp isn't safe if he doesn't eat the aiptasia :-). Link to comment
