bobioden
I bought this Orange Ricordea a month ago. It did very well for a few weeks and now has been completly shriveling up. It is a goner? Water condition are: Ph 8.3 CA 420 Ak 3.66 Ammonia 0 Nitrite 0 Nitrate <10 Salinity 1023 12 gal Eclipse, no Bio-wheel, maxi-jet 400 32W CSL retrofit. Dose B-ionic daily, feed DT's once a week. Everything else in the tank is doing great. I had him at the bottom of my tank when he first started looking bad, then moved him to the top, didn't help, He is now in the middle. Medium flow. Dosen't look very good What could the problem have been. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bob Link to comment

Simbo18
Um it looks bleached?? Have you tried putting it in the shade?? I think he might be getting too much light. I don't want to say that he's a gonner since there is a chance he could come back. One suggestion, find some "human" shrimp from like a local gorcery store and try and feeding him pieces the size of his mouth. Nothing larger. If he eats that's a very good sign. If he dosn't eat don't worry because some of my most beutiful and healthy rics I have don't eat. Keep me updated on his condition. I hope we can help him out!! Luke Luke Link to comment
