Vincerama
Hi Guys! I finally have my tank filled with rocks and sand and am now beginning the cycling process! Yahoo! I found this guy in the bucket I was rinsing the rocks in. I'm 99.44% sure he's a Bristle worm. I don't know what KIND of bristle worm though... Is he a good witch or a bad witch? I think he can survive in my salt mix/rinse water bucket for a while, but should I chuck him in the tank, or will I spend the next year chasing him down if I do? Here is a picture...I hope...(s)he has some sand around him and is sort of scrunched up a bit. I put him/her (oh wait, they are asexual, aren't they?) _it_ on a white envelope to photograph. Thanks! Acoustic
It is not a bristle worm....it is: Polychaete Worm Family Chrysopetalidae They are typically epibenthic, found in crevices of rocks, shells and reefs or on sandy bottoms. They are motile and carnivores. Link to comment
Vincerama
Um, should I ditch him then, since he's a carnivore? V Link to comment
