GobyInPeace
Made my first real newb mistake a couple of days ago. I accidently did an "old coyote on the roadrunner boulder drop" on my newly purchased feather duster. I guess this can happen to the unexperienced when arranging new LR. I learned my lesson though as nothin' else is going in untill all the LR is added and stacked. It was tuff to watch as the beautiful crown was discharged about an hour later. Yesterday I watched slowly as the worm left its home only to expire on the substrate. At least I still have the little colonial dusters as they were unscathed. LARGE CARIBBEAN FD R.I.P. Raise
Damn, it died!? Was it a big ace rock or what? Link to comment
GobyInPeace
It was about 1.5 pounder sitting on some base rock just above it. It crushed it enough to give it the kiss of death. I will get acouple of more when things get settled. Link to comment
Crakeur
it's not a rookie mistake. I've done it a hundred times or more. moving rock around always results in mayhem in my tank. snapped acros, crushed montipora, torn xenia. you name it, I've done it. Link to comment
cjm033
its not a rookie mistake a rookie mistake is putting a cookie in your tank to give your fish a snak Link to comment
jojopus
naw. I'd say a rookie mistake is putting livestock in your tank the day after you set it up. Link to comment
