I hope some of y'all will help plan/build my 100 gallon tank. We have the 60 gallon up and are ready to move onto the next project.

For the closed loop we are using a Sequence Reef Dart; 3600gph @ 0'; 2" inlet - 1.5" outlet. I have a OceansMotions 4 way that has a 1.5 inlet and 4-1" outlets. Does anyone have any idea how we should go about intergrating it into our plumbing? Does anyone have pictures? Suggestions as to what they found to work or things I should avoid.

For the overflow/sump are are going with an Iwaki MD-40-RLT; 750gph @ 4'.

What size should my standpipe be? I usually make a 1-1/4" (with a 1" exit/bulkhead) standpipe but should I go larger? I know the teeth on the overflow could be a limiting factor... I'll open them if need be. The overflow itself is 17" long and 6" deep.

The tank dimensions are 46"L x 19.5"T and 24"D.

Any suggestions? I'd rather ask once than drill twice.

Any help would be appreciated.
