bishoptaner Posted August 27, 2007 Share Posted August 27, 2007 ill start by saying hello to all, i have found alot of good info here. i just purchased a 140 gallon tank stand and sump. i have a problem though i have never setup this big of a tank and i am confused in some places. ill start by showing you the setup. the side view top view the back of side view sump sump again ok the guy that i bought if from said it was setup for closed loop, but he never used it. so my question is are the two holes in the bottom of the tank, they are 1.5" holes, are they big enough to be used for the closed loop. also are the jets of the side are they big enough, the pvc is 1" and reduces into 3/4". another thing is are these pumps any good and will it work well for my setup, https://diyreef.authsecure.com/shop/...f4f40af9988ddd i have other questions but i think that is enough for now. thanks everyone Link to comment
