ngericke Posted May 28, 2003 Share Posted May 28, 2003 Right now my ten gallon tank is stocked with Various shrooms Various zoos Xenia GSP Polyps Tree coral The tank was lit with a 36 watt 50/50 PC While I was cleaning out some of my junk I came across some more lights so I added 2 15 watt NO flor (50/50) Within a couple days the shrooms started to shrivle up and the zoos didnt seem to happy. So this morning I unplugged them from the timer and they look 100 times better. So hence my subject "Sometimes less is more" Peace Link to comment

I think I may get another timer(might have one already--have to look) and put the second set of light on a shorter period--Maybe 6 hours or so Link to comment
