ok, in about a month or two, I want to get one or two Featherdusters. I was wondering....

What kind should I get (if there are different kinds)

What do I feed them

How many (if any) WPG do I need? I currently have 4.8W/Ga

Will anything eat it? If so, what will so I know ahead of time

Should I put it in a strong current, low, or medium?

Thanks for any info, I will also check out Marinedpotlive.com and liveaquaria.com

EDIT: after looking at marinedepotlive, I like the sabela speices. Is this a good species to have in 90ga?

I figured out a questions:

Food: Phytoplankton

ok, I'm thinking either:

Hawaiian feather duster

and/or

Dwarf duster

my favorite is the christmas tree worm they are usually more colorful and have more gills. They eat photoplanton but most people dont feed them due to the fact that there is enough in the water to feed them with out suppliments. Watts per gallon has no factor on these little guys. And they will move if they dont like where you put them. Just becareful not to mess with them too much. If they get stressed out by things such as handeling them too much or poor water quality then they will pop their top and usually die...

I never had luck with Christmas tree worms they lived for awhile than died while the Atlantic feather dusters I find very hardy even had them reproduce (tiny ones sprouted up between them)

ok, so i would be fine with one or two hawaiian dusters?

The Hawaiins are fantastic looking. I only have Atlantics but intend to get Hawaiins for a 125 that going to set up. . Hawaiins are more impressive

Though they arent anemones my feather dusters will eat thawed fish food ,brine shrimp that touches their feathers. I dont feed them anything extra what they get when I feed my fish is what they get.
