reefin'
I was adding my PH buffer 2 days ago and a couple of my polyps ingested the material and they attempted to spit it out, but they closed up and are just starting to open back up. They don't really look that healthy. My question is are they all going to make it, or has anyone ever experienced this? Any ideas? thanks Link to comment
Crakeur
time will tell. A good lesson learned tho. Never add chems directly to the tank. Always better to drop them in a sump or filter or to mix them up in a separate container of tank water and then pour back into the tank. Link to comment
Physh1
Yup....that is a great lesson to learn. Always mix them in some water first before dosing in the sump ideally or slowly into the filter. Polyps are strong little corals so they will likely recover but it'll take some time. Hope it works for ya. Cameron Link to comment
