shalegac
I have a red thorny star and upon this morning I disovered one of his legs started turning white. Anybody know the cause or if this is normal? He eats just fine and I only have 18 watts over my 10 gallon. All levels are normal. ???? Thanx Link to comment
shalegac
oh and there haven't been any swings in salinity and I am not dosing with anything. Thanx again. Link to comment
Physh1
Hmmm.....sounds like it could be trouble so keep a close eye on it. If he stops moving or chunks start falling off pull him out asap. I'm not sure exactly what it is but they typically start turning white when they start dying. That may not be it but keep your eye on it. Cameron Link to comment
ReefWaters
I had a green serpent star get sick one day and before I knew it he exploded. I think they just live out their lives and decide to kick it one day. If you have a quarantine tank I would put him in there ASAP. Link to comment
