Feather Duster vs Pump Failure

Hey Guys.

Yesterday I added a feather duster and a large piece of nepthia. Shortly after introduction, I unplugged the pump for one reason or another, and when I plugged it back in it didn't work. I messed with it for a few hours, and decided I would get a new pump in the AM. Well, this morning I got a MJ900. There was pump from about 8p-11a. The nepthia looks like it should pull through, and my existant corals/inverts don't seem effected. My newly added feather duster is hanging out of it's tube. I thought it was dead, so I reached in to grab it and it sucked into the tube. It moves around (spins) and goes in if touched- but other than that its always about 1.5-2" out of its tube. Anything I should do other then wait? Im hoping it pulls through.
