Call oceanic immediately, and ask to be transferred to the warranty dept. It happens so frequently (defective ballasts) they don't even ask for confirmation any more. They just send them out! So, i I were you, I would request 2, that's what we do. They send them immediately. Hope this helps! Natasha Link to comment
