DongShenYin
I was wondering if it was possible for nudibranchs to be sucked into a Minijet 404? The intake is where the suctioncup thing is attached. It LOOKS sealed off, but hell... who knows? Link to comment
Crakeur
they can get stuck there. I lost a lettuce nudi to a powerhead. Nudibranches will either work their way toward the powerhead at some point and get stuck on it or, in my case, the nudi released itself into the water, presumably to find a new place to feed and the intake pulled it in. I love the little mushy fellas and, if I need one, I will put a lettuce nudi in the new tank but with a small tank, you have to watch them and sometimes move them from harms way. Link to comment
Physh1
They can worm there way into almost anything. Crakeur is right on. Cameron Link to comment
DongShenYin
Hm... I had snail bits shoot out of a powerhead once. Couldn't figure how they got past the sponge over the intake. MY theory is that they crawled into the output nozzel against the water movement. Escargot bits. Link to comment
