tcfls2
I have a 75 gallon aquarium and was wondering if two 175w mh would be enough light for sps and a clam. It is about 20" deep. I got these from a friend and was wondering if they would work. Thank you for any help. Link to comment

rhoople
That should be enough, but you might want to keep them above the bottom of the tank depending on what thy are. Say about mid way up or so. Mine is a 24" deep tank, and I use a Hamilton 2 x 250W MH with blue actinics, and everything is doing real well. Read up on each specimen you keep to get an idea about what their light requirements are. Link to comment
