Kerm43 Posted May 8, 2003 Share Posted May 8, 2003 I will be setting up a reef this summer it won't be over 26 gallons, and I was looking into sumps. I like the Amiracle Berlin Filter "Small", I know they used to be 18" long but as they revised their website they seem to be 24" long minimum now. My tank will only be 24" long and if the sump is 24" long and has a bulkhead on the end then I figure there has to be ATLEAST 25" clear in the stand if not more. I then looked at the Amiracle Mudd Small (20" long) and it seemed close to the same, and I would put a protein skimmer in it rather than mudd. Does anyone know what skimmer could work in this unit? Has anyone used either of these? Any opinions comments? Any idea where I could get an 18" long Berlin filter? Thank you very much. Kermit Link to comment
