Simpe sump?

Anyone have a link or want to explain how to make a simple sump for a 3 gallon pico. Parts list would be awesome to. Thank you in advance.

2.5 gallon tank, one plexiglass baffle that is about 5" high, and a maxijet 900 or 1200, depending on head height. put the baffle in with just enough room for the MJ on the end and put live rock rubble and chaeto on the side with the drain into the sump.
