harbingerofthefish Posted May 2, 2003 Share Posted May 2, 2003 most softies don't need a lot of flow, although yellow polyps and GSPs like it IMO. So you just place these types in a higher flow area. If you move inot LPS (frogspawn, hammers, etc...) then you might want to add a small power head, not so much for the overall flow rate, but for the varied directional flow. It is probally a good idea to add a small PH just for this reason no matter what type of corals you add. It will help relieve "dead" spots in the tank. Okay ramble ramble...you probally don't need one but personally, I would. Link to comment
