Powerhead

My tank, in the signature, has a flow rate of 150 gallons per hour, do I need a powerhead? I know it depends on the corals but tell me yes or no, and the corals that need more water flow if I do.

most softies don't need a lot of flow, although yellow polyps and GSPs like it IMO. So you just place these types in a higher flow area. If you move inot LPS (frogspawn, hammers, etc...) then you might want to add a small power head, not so much for the overall flow rate, but for the varied directional flow. It is probally a good idea to add a small PH just for this reason no matter what type of corals you add. It will help relieve "dead" spots in the tank. Okay ramble ramble...you probally don't need one but personally, I would.
