heed
Have been watching this thing since I got my LR. Sorry, no picture but I will try and describe: It lives in a tube that wraps around one side of the LR. When it is extended it has two crowns that come out (one on each side) that look like feather dusters, in between the crowns is a whitish cone. This critter is very skittish and retracts whenever I move quickly (which is not often lol). When retracted the cone fits in the top of the tube and seals it. It is cool as hell, just wondering if anyone knows what it may be? Link to comment

chufa
Tube worms. They are very common. They come in a variety of colors. Sometimes, they can grow on your glass and leave their skeletons behind when they die, which can be a pain to scrape off. Link to comment
