Parasitic Snails?

They are, indeed, a hitchhiker snail, literally, although they aren't harmful to the host, as far as I remember. Can't remember the name of them, nor what they eat, and I can't seem to find it in a Yahoo search. Try looking for them that way.... Oh, I'd bet Anthony Calfo would know--you can post on his forum in ReefFrontiers, here: http://www.reeffrontiers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=31 It's mostly a coral forum, but he knows his inverts. Don't bother going to Ron Shimek's critter forum (also on RF), because he's so rude that he'll probably attempt to insult your intelligence, your reefing skills, and your photography skills (you KNOW what it is, and the poster doesn't need a $900 camera or six years in college photography classes to get a good-enough photo!), all in one mildly euphemistic sentence or two.
