allin14
I was watching my tank this morning and out of no where came this huge purple crab that I have never seen before. If anyone knows what it is and if its reef safe I would really appreciate it! Link to comment

c est ma
Of course, the general consensus is that any crab other than a porcelain, a pom-pom, and possibly a few species of hermits is not reef safe. But while you're waiting for a crab expert to chime in, you might be interested in this page and its associated links: http://www.wetwebmedia.com/marine/inverts/...abs/swcrabs.htm --Diane Link to comment
