I think they may have come in on the same rock with the fungus. That's fuss, fuss, fuss, not cuss, cuss, cuss Mvite. Any Sin Dial Sail exterminators?

Those are actually Spirorbid worms

Tiny white dots about the size of a pinhead can be found in reef tanks, overflow boxes , and sumps. They are Spirorbid Worms, which are filter feeders. It won't hurt to scrape them off if they obstuct your view, but they are harmless. Reef-safe.

I had them, my method might not work for you but i think it's worth a shot
