What's the best place to get supplies in the Philippines??

Hi guys,

 

I'm pretty sure there are more than a few people here that are in the philippines. So could anyone point me in the right direction as to where to get the best stuff for my little reef project. I know that there are a lot of stores in Cartimar that sell marine stuff, but I want to know which ones to go to that have good quality stuff and where can I hunt down the PC bulbs for the nano down here...I think that from the replies from my previous post it's pretty clear that the usual ones found at ace hardware aren't going to cut it. Also what local equiptment would you recommend for a 5 gallon setup...you know in the way of PH and alternative lighting maybe...oh yeah perhaps salt mixtures to if I can't arrange for someone to get some suitable natural sea water for me.
