Sick Anemone

I introduced a Sebae Clown and a bubble tip anemone 3 days ago. The clown hosted in it immediatly. The anemone was in it's spot for a day, then it moved, floated to the middle of the tank. Now it's on it's side and all of the tentacles are shrivled and limp. Earlier the whole anemone was bloated as well as the tentacles, now it looks dead, what is wrong, what should I do?

Any help would be much appreciated because my clown is stressing out.

Id get it out quick. Had a bad experience two weeks ago with an anemone that did the same thing one evening. Next morning it was dead, water was milky white, and percs were gasping. The anemone was a blob of nothing that I had to remove with a turkey baster and do a 20% water change.
