blind perculas?

I just added a zoa's colony and some orange ricordea to my tank after acclimation. Then i added them in, and topped off the tank with some tap water after dripping several drops of chemipure dechlorination chemical to remove ammonia/nitrate. My fishes seems to be swimming into rocks bumping into everything now, and it's as if they cannot see. I can easily net them now as if they dont even see it coming. Any help??
