sandlot13
Just curious if anyone would know if Ich effects eels like it does fish.... I got home today from practice to find my orangeback basslet covered in ich. I really more worried about my eel contracting ich, as he is my pride and joy in my tank. So far no signs of it on him..... maybe my basslet just got stressed out really badly and will recover fine. Link to comment
Blacktone
I'd just get a cheap QT tank going and treat the ick with Hyposalinity. Personally I've never seen an eel with ick. Just a nub tossing in his two cent. Link to comment
travisurfer
Not sure, but you do have to remember that eels are fish. I would qt the basslet asap to be sure. Link to comment
Anachronos
Eels can get ich, and they are also more susceptible to meds, because of their lack of scales. I'd move him to a QT right away. Link to comment
