Here is some on the LS... Is this a good sign??? Bad sign??? and should I be worried?? Basically... What the heck is it??? LOL Link to comment
Rene Posted April 17, 2003 Share Posted April 17, 2003 I don't have a reef tank yet but it looks like diatoms, a natural and expected part of a new tank cycling. It's probably normal. If it bothers you, vaccuum it out. Link to comment
jojopus Posted April 17, 2003 Share Posted April 17, 2003 Looks like youre starting the Diatom bloom. Normal occurence during the cycle. Dont fret about it. It'll clear up in a few days....there's no need to vacuum it out. Link to comment
