I'm not sure for sure about anything,  

 

but those shrooms look like they are being a little over exposed to light.

 

If they are the same as mine, and the way they are attached and striped look like mine, they should be a nice dark brown color and generally like low light..

 

mine are tucked in a corner away from the light, just guessing here of course, if yours are growing nicely then of course change nothing.. but if not, might want to try to shade them a little bit or just some of them as a test

on my reading about shrooms they adjust to many variations in lighting.  They don't require heavy lighting but can adjust to it.  I don't think their color is a result of lighting because I have brown ones the right of them that are growing and thriving, without bleaching.  I think they are just a weird white variation.  I think their cool.
