Foogoo
I would like to construct a refugium for my 10 gallon nano but I do now want to have to go through the trouble of drilling a bulkhead on an already established tank. There's no way I'd be able to put the fuge above the tank either. Any other ideas? Link to comment
Nishant3789
how about beside the tank? Link to comment
Christopher Marks
You could pump water up to a refugium above the tank, and have it drain down from the drilled refugium. Or, place the refugium beneath the and use a hang on back overflow box to get water to it. Link to comment
littleprince
Make a big box like an internal overflow and voila internal refuge Link to comment
printerdown01
Ummm...... a U-tube and a pump would work.... :-D All you have to do is place the fuge side by side with the aquarium. If you keep the tops of the tanks level (or the fuge a little higher than the main tank) it will work very well. This is how my fuge is set up. I recommend using the U-tube for the return flow.
