wetworx101 Posted April 16, 2003 Share Posted April 16, 2003 I was able to cram 5 x 15w over my 10g in a custom hood...then I realized something: The bulbs would cost me almost $100!! That is enouh to buy a dual 65w hood!! So IO gave the hood to my cousin and switched over to PCs. Just keep cost in mind: I realized that after I would cram 3 x 65w over my 20H, I could have easily paid for another 175w reefsun to go over my 20H, and be better off (heat, money, quality of lighting, etc...). But I really love the hood I bulit so I don't really want to tear it apart and refit with PC. It's good to know you were able to cram 5 NO into a hood with no problems. I will definite do it now.
