FLICKDAT Posted April 15, 2003 Share Posted April 15, 2003 I just went to my LFS and they told me that I can use "Liquid Calcium" instead...All I have to do is put 1/4 teaspoon of it everyday in my 30 gallon tank......Is he right??? or should I just do a Kalk drip in the evenings???? That's not to say kalk won't work, but adding proper amounts is more difficult, and the small volume of a nano reef doesn't provide for much error. Link to comment

Xwhite Posted April 18, 2003 Share Posted April 18, 2003 I love B-Ionic. I used it on my old reef. EXTREME coralline growth. I use it on my new nano. After only 5 weeks or so of being up, the powerhead, side and back glass are covered in specs of coralline. I love products with extreme in the name. Maybe they should rename B-Ionic.
