Best way to move tanks...

Well after gettign a good deal and looking at it in person..I think I am going Via Aqua 18g...I have to move so i figured it would be the best time to switch. So I have my 7g Minibow which has been up for about 7 weeks, about 10lbs fiji rock in it with some assorted corals. So my question is....What is the best way to transfer tanks....I mean obvisouly I will be adding more rock, and more water and substrate so should I put new substrate in and then after I get my corals out transfer the old substrate into the new tank? Plaese give me some advice..thanks
