PunkRawker Posted April 13, 2002 Share Posted April 13, 2002 I have a 32w smartlamp retro that I don't want to use til i get something that needs it(and I'm not sure what kind of canopy i'm going to build yet), is just using my 13w true actinic without any "day/white" light good enough for the live rock and some polyps that came along on it? thanks Link to comment

PunkRawker Posted April 13, 2002 Author Share Posted April 13, 2002 hi delph, I'll use a daylight in a few weeks, i have a 32watt smartlight kit but i dont have anything in my tank besides live rock and some polyps right now so its pointless hooking it up, not to mention i'm still trying to figure out how im gonna build a hood for it (its going on a hex 5). So until then i just have a 13 watt with a true actinic mounted in the stock eclipse hood. P.S. any ideas on what would look good in the hex 5 would be appreciated, im thinking ricoria/green stripe shrooms, star polyps, some kind of leather, maybe a brain. Link to comment
