Dave ESPI
looks good. How do you keep the water in it when the tank is turned sideways like that? Thast hella cool ! You must have some crazy gravitational fields in OHIO..... Link to comment
ngericke
fuge has a leak------ I will have to see what a little silicone will do Link to comment
onthefly
Leaks suck! Try acrylic cement. What size PH are you driven the fuge with? Do you have and bubbling problems? Beernuts has been having some problems with his, but he has the skimmer/fuge model Link to comment
ngericke
I am running about 100 gph hour through it I do have a few bubble returning to the tank(not a whole lot) I think I might add a 90 to the inside of the return to help eliminate them The other problem I noticed was when I unplugged the pump The fuge siphoned back into the tank I will have to drill a hole in the inlet pipe to the fuge right below the water level Link to comment
BeerNuts
hehe, Ya mine siphoned back into the tank also. I drilled a hole in the top of the inside intake elbow problem solved. Looks great with the custom canopy jobs to! Link to comment
ngericke
hey beernuts where exactly did ya drill your hole?--- On the top of the intake pipe or right below the water line inside the fuge? Also do ya have any problems with bubbles returning to the tank? Link to comment
BeerNuts
My water level is at about the inside elbow of the fuge I drilled that. If you drilled the hole out side the fuge on the in take it would spray water out. hehe Link to comment
