Several days ago I did a 50% water change and also cleaned the filter; now the readings are ammonia = 0 nitrite = 0.5 nitrate = 40 Am I done with the cycle? Or have I disturbed the cycle by cleaning the filter? Thanks. Link to comment

Live Rock? Cured? Uncured? Live Sand? Crushed Coral? Nothing? Any critters? You'll need to roll out with some spec's of the "before" if you expect to receive a coherent reply.
