Snails on my snails?

My snails have snails on them. They look like tiny white cerith snails, and they are on the shells of my other snails. Only a few of them, but it's strange, I don't see them anywhere else in the tank. Are they parasitic or just baby cerith snails, any guess?

Could be spiorbid worms, are they spiral shaped and white? All of my snails have these on there shells!
