twflys
Well, finally broke out the plastic for my 12 gallon eclipse, bought a large rock of polyps (brown with green mouths). Anyway, tried and tried to figure out where to put this monster of a rock. Then seeing that although it was large, it was also brittle. So, I broke it up....... into about 5 pieces. Couple questions, first of all did I hurt anything doing this? A couple polyps fell off completely and I just stuck in some holes in some rock holes, hoping they'll attach themselves. When the rock broke it made a mess of dust in the tank and I might of mangled some polyps in the process, is my tank doomed? Hoping to sell some of these frags to some other LFS's for credit on some different corals. Thanks! Link to comment
printerdown01
LOL, no you will be just fine. The polyps that fell off will attach themselves to their new homes. Also just about every polyp you ripped should heal (unless you chopped it into teeny peices). Congrads. Link to comment
