I like their trochus and strombus snails.. the strombus readily reproduce.. I've got babies all over the place... Jeff's Exotic Fish in Southern California (www.exoticfish.com) has a pretty good selection.. I got a bunch of margarita's from them and I'm very pleased with the job they've been doing (despite the few losses I've had recently - 2 from a power head, and a few fell upside down - but I purchased enough expecting the loss) Link to comment
Xwhite Posted March 28, 2003 Share Posted March 28, 2003 I have one trochus in my 18 gallon tank. By far, the hardest working snail in the tank. He's happily cleaning diatoms off of the substrate right now. Actually, I seem to have found a good batch of snails. Got them at the local reef shop. http://www.soutasaltwater.com 4 Turbos, 1 Trochus and 5 Astreas. No losses and all snails are actively eating everything they can find. John Link to comment
