Masoch
Hi, I've wired PC end caps before (biax style) where there were six holes for the four pins -- basically, red wire to pin 1, yellow to pin 4. For pins 2 and 3, connect each of their respecitive holes together with a couple pieces of wire. But ... I just found 8 pin end caps locally. So, I now have 2 holes for pins 1 and 4. Do I split my red and yellow wires into 2 and use both holes? Or just 1 wire into one hole? Pins 2 and 3 should still be connected, I'd imagine. I'd experiment, but I don't want to nuke my ballast ... or bulb Thanks! Link to comment
SaltyDawg
I would asume you would do it exactly as before wouldnt you ? only diference is now you have 4 more holes with no wire coming in or out of them. Just out of curiosoty why in God's name would you want 8 pin endcaps for a biax 2 pin bulb? Link to comment
